WinZirPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at WinZirPH's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits: All deposits are credited to your WinZirPH account in real time or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method. WinZirPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, WinZirPH reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, WinZirPH may forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities, including law enforcement agencies.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WinZirPH, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent WinZirPH from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
