Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and WinZirPH ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WinZirPH website located at winzirph.net or any associated mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the WinZirPH platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of WinZirPH following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by WinZirPH, including but not limited to online slot games, live casino games, sports betting, esports wagering, color prediction games, and any promotional or bonus programs offered from time to time.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on WinZirPH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. WinZirPH enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on WinZirPH.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of WinZirPH, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from WinZirPH or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

WinZirPH reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility requirement may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances. Real-money deposits will be returned to the original payment method where legally and technically possible.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on WinZirPH at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. WinZirPH may require additional documentation for identity verification ("KYC") purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. WinZirPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify WinZirPH immediately by contacting our support team. WinZirPH reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

WinZirPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at WinZirPH's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your WinZirPH account in real time or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method. WinZirPH does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. WinZirPH aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

WinZirPH reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or internal risk management policies. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

Players may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. WinZirPH reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent, collusive, or irregular activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

WinZirPH offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all WinZirPH bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and will be specified in the promotion terms.
• WinZirPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be permanently suspended.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on WinZirPH — including slots such as Dragon of Demons, Ocean Phoenix, Panda Dragon Boat, and Megaways titles, as well as live casino games, color prediction games, and esports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all WinZirPH slot and RNG games are independently verified and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game. RTP figures are available within each game's information panel. WinZirPH does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, WinZirPH's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. WinZirPH will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Specific rules for each game type — including betting limits, payout structures, and special feature mechanics — are available within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WinZirPH and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on WinZirPH.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus programs.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with WinZirPH games or systems without express written authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with WinZirPH's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using WinZirPH for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward WinZirPH staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error may be voided.

Responsible Gaming

WinZirPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

WinZirPH provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your WinZirPH account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from WinZirPH. Self-exclusion requests are honored immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the WinZirPH platform — including but not limited to the WinZirPH name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of WinZirPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the WinZirPH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any WinZirPH content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of WinZirPH's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, WinZirPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

WinZirPH's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your WinZirPH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WinZirPH does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

Privacy & Data

WinZirPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on WinZirPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

WinZirPH implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols, to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and WinZirPH cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

WinZirPH will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

WinZirPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WinZirPH will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of WinZirPH following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winzirph.net/terms-conditions. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Termination of Account

You may close your WinZirPH account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

WinZirPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, WinZirPH reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, WinZirPH may forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities, including law enforcement agencies.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WinZirPH, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent WinZirPH from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
